302 ReDirect on My Own Site to Affiliate Site Causing Problems?

Visitors to my website comlained they could not see links. After about 6 months I realized Norton Ad blocker was blocking affiliate links for some people. So I started linking to a page on my website that used a 302 redirect to send the visitor to my affiliate partners.

Now after reading about page hijacking I think this may be hurting me with google and other search engines? Is what I'm doing a bad thing? Should I just link to the affiliate links and take losing sales from people who can't see them?

What other options can I use? I guess I could make the link a button in a form and then I assume it wouldn't be blocked by Norton? Does anyone know?
