I have checked the indexed pages recently and all the pages which are indexed in Google are old and don't even exists in the website any more,
How should I tell Google to delete all old pages which are indexed and spider all the new pages.
How long the complete process take.
Because of this indexing problem, my traffic dropped drastically.
Need help, any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.
regards

Then focus on getting your new urls spidered, indexed and ranked -- three separate steps to pat attention to. I would start by looking at recent logs to see if any of the Google spiders are asking for your pages.
inurl:Yourdomain.com -site:YourDomain.com
This will list all sites with your URL in another sites URL and eliminate your own site from the search. This doesn't mean it's a hijacker if it appears in this sear. You have to click on each link to see if it redirects to your site automatically. If it does then check that link (the top link in google results) in a server header checker to see if it's a 302 redirect. Site's captured in frames often return a 200 code so you have to watch carefully, but sometimes they also throw 302s along with a frame. There are also meta refreshes and javascript redirects.
I have seen this several times that once a site gets hijacked by 302 redirects, or other means, the affected pages drop out of the index and some sites do this to multiples of your pages and this is hard to detect too.
Once you find a 302 hijacker then do this search in Google to see if they have additional pages pointing at your site as Google doesn't always list them all in the inurl search:
site:HijackersDomain.com YourDomain
Report all such redirects to Google Spam Report and Google Adsense Violations if they use Google AdSense and the same for any other ads. While you're at it look for other rules they have broken and report those also.
