Best use of google sitemap

I have read the description of how to use the google sitemap, but it's confusing me.

Should I only add the pages that serve as index pages or should I add every single page I have?

My navigation is like this:
homepage
about
contact
services
- webdev
- webdesign
- other stuff

Should I then just add the index page services since this page will be updated frequently, or should I add the services page and the pages below?

If I add all pages using the change frequency makes no sence, on the index pages change when I add new content.
