Does google ignore linked text in webpages?

I have many linked text in my pages that link to other pages on my site. The linked text are title of FAQs.

I wonder if google ignore linked text in pages or at least does treat it as equally as unlinked text. If this is true, maybe I should leave the text unlinked and add the link after the text using something like "<a href="...">click here</a>".

As far as I know Link text is thought of by Google as being higher than normal text, so I'd leave your site as it is if I were you. It also helps the destination page score for the text that is in the link to it.
