Maximum Internal Site Map Links for Google

Sorry if this has been mention before but I cannot find anything.

I am compiling for my site, a property directory, where people can access each property through a drop down jump box. Do spiders have problems with these?

To ensure the search engines spider all of the properties, I am creating a site map page (dynamically in ASP).

How many internal links should I have on a page without being penalised. Don't forget, they all point to the same page name, but the query code is different. For example -

....profile.asp?id=a423ht
....profile.asp?id=3re555
