Google listed one of my outbound redirects

Outbound masked affiliate link has been listed as part of my site.

I have only two affiliates on my travel related site. One is for hotel bookings and the other to airline bookings.
The airline is a popular online booking site as seen on TV which google rates with a PR 0.
I use a redirect to mask this link as www.mysite/airline with a 301 redirect to the actual site. I did this to mask a long dynamic url containing my member # and some code that doesn't validate properly.
Google has listed www.mysite/airline as a page in my site: results. It has no description just a URL and the 'similar pages' link.
Is this a problem I should be concerned with?
What should I do with it if anything?

perhaps you can use the rel="nofollow" attribute?

It's a problem in the sense that there isn't any value in increasing your site's number of bogus or supplemental pages, and that now that you have it, you can't get rid of it.

No follow may be the way to go, but it likely won't do anything to get rid off the existing link.

well I could make it return a 410 GONE then use the removal tool and then put a nofollow on it but do you think it is really worth worrying about?
