Cross Channel Tracking and Page rank

Hi all, I am non technical and would like to ask a simple question.

If i start exchanging links that are being tracked through google's own cross channel tracking, will those links count towards my homepage's page rank?

here is an example tracking URL

http://www.example.com?gad=CLz5iu8CEggnY9f7GvrZ3xjU--_8AyDctfgN

Thanks in advance - i tried searching but the answers seemed to vary.
