India's army chief J.J. Singh Monday said high-resolution images of strategic defence facilities on Google Earth posed a danger to national security and the matter would have to be tackled jointly with other countries.
The only difference, it was between the US and NATO versus the Soviet Union and the Warsaw Pact, and so it was limited as to who had access to what images.
Now that it's no longer limited to such an exclusive club, some nations are going to have to relearn the art of camouflage.
