Help!, accidental removal with Google Removal Tool

Yesterday I noticed that my website's main page was listed twice in google with two different URL's.

The first listing was like this:
[shop.store.yahoo.com...]

the second url listed had a www in front like this:
[store.yaho.com...]

They both had different cache dates and they both had a different description in the serps. Without even thinking about it much, I used the google removal tool on the one with www.store.yahoo. This morning they are both gone out of the google index. Now i'm in a panic. Is there any method to get the page back? If i write emails to Google, do you think they will listen? I haven't had much luck writing emails to big corporations in the past. Does anyone know what email I should use to request my page back?
