Let's sum this all up so that this thread doesn't go on and on with the same questions:
Pr has been somewhat updated on some servers
Yes some servers still house older pr data (ancient) which may account for you seeing pr0 for some pages you felt might have pr
Other servers revert to, or show data from about 10 - 15 days ago
A search for your site in Google can use any default server and thus show any of these pr amounts.
It is difficult to know at this time, whether the internal pagerank values have been calculated in the DC's showing BD results.

Does anybody know if this PR update is already finished?
My two new sites (launched in October and November) still show PR 0 despite of 20-30 links from PR 2-5 pointing to them. I'm already very worried because people reports PR update on their sites and i don't see anything.
PR checking on various datacenters shows me some with 0 and some with 3 for both sites. Does it mean that i need to wait for PR 3 in a few days (or more)?

1. Is always outdated.
2. Probably has little to do with an the performance of a specific page for a specific keyword.
3. for all we know, the number is generated randomly +- 1-3 points from whatever it was last year.
At this point, that little green bar is nothing more than a shiny blinking light, meant to distract the unsophisticated SEO who doesn't understand the true complexity of modern search algorithms.
For my site. Page rank is done and stabilized for non-Big Daddy data centers.
Everything is still in flux for Big-Daddy datacenters, and I expect it will remain so for a while yet.
Do a little research on a super high frequency keyword and you'll find that PR is still everything.
Believe about 1/2 of what you read, then go look for yourself. I've changed direction that last couple of weeks (I was getting lazy) and I started compiling research and then doing the math against the results. It is actually striking.
No hits in my logs and saw old pr. Many hits from google in logs, went and checked and pr was updated.
I doubt seriously that google engineers would laugh their heads off. I imagine they take it all very seriously. Part of the google mantra. lol.
Nonetheless, pr does seem to count with other webmasters and higher pr makes it easier to get links from most. So, pr does count. Even if it is moronic.

Yeah, right! That'll be why the top SERPs are full of PR0 pages, eh?
PR is important, and the little light is all the light you get.
Anything else is just SEO people trying to make you think there is some secret knowledge to be gained, so they can charge you lots of money for their "knowledge" of the "true complexity of modern bla bla bla"

I know little about seo but having done this for 8 years I can honestly tell you that the only thing that really matters (and should matter) is content

Incidentally, there is nothing to be inferred from the fact that Matt Cutt's blog occasionally returns PR0 in the G toolbar. The fact is, some datacenters contain different data and his/our pageranks fluctuate depending on which DC is being pinged. A dataset returning a PR0 for his blog has existed for months now and still shows up sometimes; sometimes the toolbar shows PR7.

Unless you are in a real niche sector, its likely the PR0 is a "toolbar artifact" and the site's real PR is a lot higher.
I keep seeing my PR drop for parts of the day as Google routes to a datacentre with very old PR attached to it. However the SERP's still reflect actual, not toolbar PR.
I have had a site PR0'd and take my word for it, you hit the 1,000's in SERPs.
Although I am sure MC's site has PR7, I also have it showing as PR0, on Google Toolbar. Just a glitch on some DC's probably :-)
IMO Good, Google should of done a PR update based on the PR calculation of Big Daddy - not the Old Data.
Since half an hour or so, I see *all* sites in the world as PR0, both in the IE and Firefox toolbars. Some Google service seems to be down.
Similar here. When checking some rk-values today I noticed twice that toolbar.queries.com was not available. Also some weired behaviour of the toolbar but not as drastically as you observed. Maybe TBPR-update is immediately ahead.
But BD was using an index from August and before it went live was using PR from the same period.
What they seem to be unable to do is combine the FEB index and PR with the BD index.
But now, as Google updating, it keeps fluctuating.....sometimes shows 2..3 or 5

No - it was/is not using PR from August.
Old Serps maybe - PR ( <RK> ) calculations are new - not old.
