Is the Google "ADD URL" disabled?

I tried to refresh some pages on Google and have noticed the return page after submitting the url is blank.

Did google cancel the feature?

Still working fine, I just submitted one to test (using IE) and got a page saying the submission had been received.

I seem to encounter that alot also, after pressing the submit I get a blank page...

Submitting page is a waste of time. Gain links to your site and it will be spidered much faster.
