Just now I got to know that there is a command info: in Google which displays information of URL.

I was checking for my site with info:www.mydomain.com, and know what I am suprised to see that the information for my URl is showing non-www version with Jan 2005 cache date with only one BL whereas current it has around 87 BL's.

Can anyone explain what this means?

Thanks

When you use the info: operator, you then need to click on the link that says "Find web pages from the site

example.com", correct? So at that point you are actually using the site: operator. All that aside, right now we seem to be in the middle of Google updating the backlink data -- the results are not stable at all. I just saw one domain I watch wobble between 9,000 and 800.

I say give them some time -- they're not really ready for company yet.

I keep my fingers cross and hope to settle down soon.
