What to do about PageRank of 0?

One of my sites has been around for about 5 years, about 200 of the pages are indexed by Google, it has all original content with frequent additions, no SPAM issues - it is targeted to a specific business/industry niche.

According to my Google Toolbar, the site has a PR of 0. Where should I start in checking to see why it has no PR and what needs to be corrected?

Or should I even bother - the site earns a nice income for me?

If the PR just recently disappeared then just sit tight; it will most likely come back, as Google is going through a major update, and such fluctuations in PR and rankings aren’t unusual during an update.
