I've recently inherited a site that has been redesigned from the ground up. The old site used badly named .htm files and the new one .php. This has resulted in there being an unhealthy degree of duplication in Googles indexing of this site. There are also some www vs non-www issues going down.

I'm going to use G Sitemaps to submit all the old URL's and non www versions of pages so a 404 error is served and the pages are removed from the index asap. Unfortunately, as I sat down to create my sitemap I realised it was a fairly monumental effort, as [site:bigbadwidgets.com inurl:.htm] returns several hundred results.

Not being one to trawl through gathering each URL individually, I wondered if anyone knew of a tool or way of using Google that would perform the equivalent of a site: query but only return a simple list of URLs rather than the full SERP listings?
