Google ranks changing? New postion with every search

In searching for a generic one word term, my site ranking is bouncing around like crazy. Is there something going on?

I am noticing the same thing, came here to check it out. I checked the datacenters and am seeing different resuts for my keywords and site: command. Anyone else?
