New feature links appearing below site ranking

New feature links appearing just below site cache - similar pages link

If I search for some keywords for my part, just below the first ranked site I am seeing some links like "Feature Software" and below that "Download" Link for the particular site and Site Internal page link for the keyword.

Can anyone know how the links are getting and displaying by Google.
