List of all Google domains

Can someone please provide me with Google's list (official url from Google) of all the individual countries Google has a search engine for.

I just can not find it unless they have taken it down

Go to the Google toolbar "Options" then "Search".

At the bottom of the "Search" page is a drop down menu with all Google search country options.
