Hi, I have a domain which is i.e primer.com(means example in english). if a russian user using google.ru searches for the keyword primer will he get primer.com 1st or primer.ru 1st (from my knowledge the .com version has 1st priority over any other TLD) but is it the case in foreign country google... Thanks!

Yes i think there is a preference of .com over other TLD's like--
The .com version has 1st priority over any other TLD like www.zxcv.ru or www.dfgh.uk

question is if the .com prefrence remains when a country version of google is used...
