When do sites show up on main DC?

I've got a 5 month old site that is indexed on a few test DC's, and only the main page is indexed on the main google DC.

How long will it take for the main google DC to reflect the test DC results?

I have two new sites: 6 and 10 weeks old. Both sites are fully indexed in the test DC but there is a delay in the main Google.com

The 10-wk old site currently shows the homepage only why the 6-wk old started to show the inside pages last week (about 5 % of the site total). The newer site has already started to produce about 20 visits a day. The older site gives no traffics except about 50 a day from Yahoo & MSN.

I still don't know why my newer site shows up earlier in Google.com

I launched a small site at the end of Jan 2005. Nothing was done in terms of backlinks etc. (at request of client). It got spidered after a few months but all the pages were labelled supplementals for ages, until about a month ago when it was re-indexed. So it took about 10 months in my case! Perhaps with backlinks it would have taken a lot less time.
