How much of a problem is this?

Some brilliant webmaster copied the source code of every page of my site, pasted it into his own site, then at the top of each page he links back to me like this:

www.example.com///
www.example.com//0.html
www.example.com//1.html

etc. etc. for all my pages.

Now Google has those urls with the extra //'s showing up as supplemental. I just discovered this today. I have emailed their host already to have my copied content removed from their servers but I am still worried about those supplementals.

How could I get those removed now? They are indexed and they work, it looks like I have a bunch of identical pages.

Also, I looked back through my logs and I noticed that they started this "project" with me in September and then at the end of October I started losing traffic, I am now at 50% of what I normally get. Is there any way that this could be the reason for the traffic loss?

My site is pr6, online since 1998, and I never do anything naughty to Google, so I thought maybe this could be the cause...?

Thanks for reading :)

I had this problem in the summer.

I implemented a simple base href(<BASE href="http://www.domain.com/folder/file.htm">) throughout the site in september, and all the supplementals had disappeared by the time of the jagger update.

I think Google may well be aware of this one.
