Would Google spit the dummy?

We have a number of websites on various topics not related to each other. We are considering using our corp. name url to list information about each of the sites and install a script allowing advertisers to place on topic banner advertising on any of our websites (for a price).

I would need to list all the websites we currently own that we would allow banner placements on.

Do you think it may cause bans/penalties etc by linking all our sites from the one site?

No,

Once your not employing balckhat tactics to bump the PR of the other sites making them a bad neighbourhood. Potentially a touch messy if your linking back to your base site from all of them. you might want to consider using the nofollow attribute where / if appropriate.
