Does anybody know why and how we can come up without the quotation marks in the search (the way most people search)?
Thanks,
Bruce
So could the fact that the earth rotates on its axis.
Brucec,
Defined SEO'd well, have you got inbounds with the correct link text using each of the key words as well as the full combination from other "related on topic" sites?
What ever those are, and folks that isn't as cut and dry as the S/Es might think.
So could the fact that the earth rotates on its axis.
There is a fine line between "SEO'd well" enough to rank well and SEO'd enough to get a spam penalty, which is a highly logical consideration for this type of search return problem.
I'm unclear as to why the Earth rotating on its axis would have any relevance to the OP issues.
If all of the links to his sites were from earth rotation sites and his site was about coffee cup rotation then the fact that the earth rotates whould count for him not ranking well (links for unrelated off topic sites). His site may still be SEO'd well but his backlink profile isn't up to snuff.
Which is why I asked what SEO'd well meant.
I would expect certain kinds of sites to be consistent, logical, spiderable and thus to be well SEO'd maybe what you count as SEO'd well are really spam sites and that you haven't yet come across a decent site that is also SEO'd well.
