What you're asking about is not just for Google -- it's more widespread than that.

You can delete these two lines:

<meta name="Revisit-After" content="15 Days">
<meta name="Robots" content="all">

They are doing nothing for you except using bandiwdth. For a full discussion about code in the head section, see:
