Google Indexing Jeeves Result Sets

Could Ask Jeeves be baiting Google?!

I don't know if any of you have noticed this in the past or if it has just happened recently but I am finding Ask Jeeves search results sets being indexed by Google and most the top within top 30 results. Of course this is just something I have noticed in my own niche of products but I find it quite intriquing to say the least. You would think Ask Jeeves would not allow Googlebot to spider it's SERP's. Ask Jeeves error? Google's error? Am I being stupid here?! :>~

Check out the serps in something somewhat competitive (1-5 million results) and see if Ask Jeeves URL is indexed with its own result set.

I've seen this behavior too. I have to admit I have not noticed it lately.
