Google Analytics ssl Problems

Anybody else having ssl server problems with Google Analytics?

We're encountering access problems for Google's java script source used for ssl.

Since their script is inserted on every page for our shopping cart, it is causing a lengthy delay for each page build and then raising a java script error in the status bar of the browser.

The source specified by Google Analytics is [ssl.google-analytics.com...]

Is anybody else having problems?

Anything we can do other than comment out their code and wait? Seems like email is the only way to contact them.

Yep, I've heard several such comments. It's one of the reasons why new sign-ups for Analytics are not happening right now. Read Google's most recent message bout the situation here:
