Just a quick question really; can a page which disallows spiders by using robots.txt, still gain page rank?
I'd appreciate any thoughts.

Hmmm... If I remember correctly, WebmasterWorld's PR dropped to zero once they excluded all robots. If that's true (I dont use a toolbar), then I guess the answer is No.
