One of my websites publishes a daily widget and I keep an archive of the last 6 widgets availible. Each one has its own archive number, so the urls follow the pattern of example.com/archives/131/ example.com/archives/132/ etc.

When we're at date 133 anything from date 127 and up is accessible, but example.com/archives/126/ will redirect to todays widget at example.com/.

Over time this results on a lot of links appearing and then being redirected. Has anyone had experience with such a situation? This is fairly unexpected behaviour compared to most websites so I'm worried this will trip some spam filter at google.
