2 of my sites dissapeared from google

A couple of my sites have completely dissapeared from G....i would assume it's from the jagger updates.....in the past, i have read in these forums that sometimes sites get unindexed, then re-indexed, but with less or more pages.....

i'm curious if i should go through the trouble of re-creating my 2 sites that dissapeared with new domains names?...Or, should i wait and see what happens? how long should i wait?

Any advice is greatly appreciated
