Displaying custom result for your site?

How is this achieved?

Some sites are showing extra info when doing search for them i.e. cnn.

So I'm wondering is this available to everyone or chosen few?

You need to clarify what you mean by "extra info" in order to have this one answered or debated :)

when you search 'cnn' beside link to CNN you get few more links:

"CNN/Money - CNN.com International - US News - Entertainment"

below, besides More results from ...

you get similar results for 'bbc', 'abc' and many other terms but if I do same with 'google' I get standard search results

This is a new feature that appeared a few months ago.

For the #1 result, Google sometimes lists up to 8 extra internal links in very small text under the snippet.

This often appears when you search for a company by name for example.

See Matt Cutts GoogleBlog for more info.

The results look perfectly normal to me. There's nothing more than usual "beside" (that is, adjacent to) the CNN listing. I'm wondering, though, if you meant that "besides" (that is, in addition to) there are results for some CNN subdomains also.

I wouldn't be surprised to find this for any extremely large and highly-visible site which uses subdomains. (It might even happen only for white-listed main domains. I consider that possibility fairly unlikely. But CNN is certainly "white-listed" by Google News.)

Attempting to duplicate this kind of results without the naturally high visibility that CNN must have, would probably result in a Google ban.

Found it, thanks, now I only need to break the algorithm. LOL!

P.S.
I found it for some local Croatian pages, so its not limited to big sites.
