Change in Page Ranks

Hi!

While checking out my 2 sites this morning, I found some changes in the page rank for both my site. My Site which had a page rank of 3 was showing a pag rank 2 now whereas another site which has a page rank of 0 has a page rank of 1.

However, after some time the page ranks changed as it was earlier.

Can anyone tell me if Google is making any updates in its Page Ranks?

I am noticing a strange thing today. All the sites (mine and others that I follow) have reverted to the pre-update numbers on the Toolbar PR.

Have you noticed this too? I tried different ISPs and different computers but to no avail.
