Domains with "PENDING DELETE" status

are full expired?

Domains with "PENDING DELETE" status are full expired for Google?
Will Google penalty "PENDING DELETE" domains?

Normally a pending delete domain name becomes available for reregistration after 60 days.

So now does the domain name point to your nameservers or has it been cut off i.e has its content has become different If so google will surely take appropriate steps.

But if the domain name still points to your old content, I guess google will not penalize your website.
