Fighting Dupe content /Google Adsence sites

From what I gather a lot of people are still suffering like me from spammers going around duping content and then replacing Google adds on there page to replace it.
I have told Google adsence about this months ago and they do get around to removing the site eventually but dont really find it a problem.

I believe if Google clamped down on this duping spam that my site wouldnt be out in the boonies. MSN has no problem filtering this situation.
These spammers probably make there money from having a person/program click 1 of there 100s of sites every now and again.
Although Google Adsence may be strict they appear in no great rush to fix it as it means extra revenue to them?
Either way. I think G has the resources to fix this problem a long time ago, but simply has better things to do.
But what if everybody who is suffering from these G ad sites was to click on all the banners dozens and dozens of times?

Obviously G would recognize this as fake click throughs and then would really have a problem on there hands as there sponsors woulnt be to happy. Then they would have to deal with.
