New Format of Google results?

Just realized that #1 for good terms gets addicional links, incl. phone

Anyone noticed this new format of google results? The number one, gets a "special" listing with a few further links, and "who ist companyname?" and even the company phone number. Looks almost as paid for.

The link and parameters are:
google.es/url?sa=U&start=1&si=2&oi=smap&q=http://www.#1company.com/companyurl..

Does this have some relation to the sitemap? or what's that about, and how to get such a listing?
