URL remove tool

Quite a while ago, I used the remove URL tool on my robots.txt. It had showthread.php in it which was to block out all of my old forum threads, as I used a rewrite system. I then reverted to a showthread.php system and scraped my rewrites and now I'm in the situation where google won't index them due to the use of the remove tool.

Is there anything I can do?

Has anyone had experience of getting google to reverse the effects of the remove tool?

Wait six months or 90 days (it's officially said to be 6 months but sometimes it happens to be shorter) from removal date. There is no other way - unless you're Microsoft or Adobe. Some people accidentally removed their whole websites and they had no alternative, so I don't expect better in your case.
