Google Link: Command showing links I don't have.

If I do link:www.domain.com for my site, I get shown tons of links i've nothing to do with. I've never asked for these links, and when you look at the site, I don't have a link on there anyway! Even if you search the source code.

I spent ages only getting relevant links, and on last update both yahoo and google penalised me, and it could be for these non existant links?

Why does google believe I have these links, when the links are not even on the pages? It seems like a glitch to me...
