Can you bring a site back?

My site for 2 years had a good PR with relevant backlinks being added steadily. Over the past few days I check to find it had a PR0 and no back links.

Is this game over?
Is there anyway to get my site back into Go__le?

Im sure this has happened to many people and boy how depressing it is.

Ultimately this will kill the site as no one will want to swap links with a site that is not cached.
