automatic URL removal system down?

Hello,

I have tried to remove an dead url with the URL removal tool from Google since 3-4 days, but when i submit my page i have an error :
This page cannot be displayed

The url used is :
[services.google.com:8882...]

Do you have the same problem?
Mr Google please fix it quickly.
