Hi guys. I have a little site I am building to help develop my skills, and I am getting frustrated with the SEO progress.

The site: <Sorry, no personal URLs>

All of the pages I REALLY want indexed are just listed in Google as a URL, with no title or description. I feel that this is probably something simple that I am overlooking, but have not been able to figure it out.

I have been wondering if the "www" and "non-www" duplicate listings are hurting me, and if this is the result. However I don't know how the "non-www" got indexed in the first place or how to eliminate them.

Thanks in advance for any feedback you have. I have really enjoyed reading these forums for a long time.
