Google Sitemaps will tell you when the last time Google crawled your site and if there where any http errors during the crawl.

This is a good tool if you are curious about what the google bot and other se spiders see when they land on your site.

If there are errors present it will tell you where it encountered them so that you can adjust anything you need. If there are no errors then atleast you know and can narrow that out of a list of possible site errors.

Just click on your account and "stats" to access this sitemaps tool.
