The URL of a folder of my website will change from www.domain.com/subdomain/ to subdomain.domain.com(because it outgrows the site), is it possible that switching to the new domain without losing google Ranking. Any suggestion will be appreciated!

A new url is a new url -- and on Google it cannot pick up the search rankings of an old url without a (usually) major burp. The best you can do is use a 301 permanent redirect from the old url to the new. But since the new url is a new subdomain, it is highy possible that you will see an "aging delay" (aka sandbox) applied, the same as with a completely new TLD.
This is apparently Google's current situation, from what I see. And no, it isn't any fun at all.
