my free webhosting get penalty

Hello,

I run my free webhosting for aprox last 10
months. At 3 Sept. 2005 I detected that at hosting was created accounts with doorways and they was at Google index. I immediately block this accounts and remove the information from them.
But at 14 Sept. 2005 a detect that all my webhosting with all white
sites go to penalty (was dropped from SERPs to nowhere).

for now some aacount with doorways was dropped from google cashe but not all.

My questions are:
need i to write message to Google Support with request
for manual rewiev my webhosting or i need to wait some time (and how long aproximately) for penalty will be remowed automatiocally?

ok, 2/3 of doorwayed accounts are dropped from google's index. 1/3 of them stil in index (only in cashe from 6 Sept, the content was killed by me). i'm still waiting for answer from Google support.

some of my users on my webhosting lost biggest part of their traffic. traffic from google. if they will write requests to google support - can it help to solve the problem more faster?

ok, it seems that all accounts with doorways was dropped from Google cashe (if i try to search site:badaccount.myserver.com, google only give the list of pages, but not shows TITLEs and CASHE of pages)

still waiting answer grom G support and still my hosting is in penalty

Maybe you should use url removal tool to help wipe bad users.

but if i'll use removal tool for the accounts that now droped from google cashe - could it give more help and could it be much faster as the auto removing from G?

now i can see that full auto-removing take aprox 14 days (at 6th Sep i remove and block accounts and at 20 Sept i see only urls to this pages in G cashe)
