Google double slash problem

Hi,

I noticed Googlebot crawling and indexing some pages with double slash like //index.html, //page1.html. We know what dupe filter can do with this. Should be good check your site before the crash.

Also I would like to ask, google removal tool will be good for solve duplicate problem quickly?
