As far as GoogleGuy is concerned he has been helping us out here for years and taken some pretty heavy abuse over some Google changes. He has always tried to explain what was going on as far as he could.
You've only been on WW for 9 months during a period of some stability in Google. Just hang on and see if he will be here when he is really needed. My bet is he will be!
Also have a look at the AdWords & AdSense forums where there are Google reps contributing all the time.
I am only calling out to him because he is the representative. I would invite ANYONE from google to be more open not just him...
I don't see anything in that thread, so far at least, to indicate that MSN is being any "more open" than Google.
We will see if MSN do anything before judgement.
One of the sites we work on has been refered to MSN five times without reply. Now MSN have agreed to look into it - is it just words? or will some action be taken? Only time will tell
Meanwhile, Currently imo Google is in a league of its own in the UK. They are a one horse race! The results are by far the most usefull.

Totally agree. It appears that they use this forum like a press release avenue merely to annouce things that can easily been found elsewhere.
When it comes down to it they don't interact well with the forum members. How many times as Googleguy over the years said send an email with #*$! in the subject and it will surely be looked at. This is the type of interaction we need ;)
