The link to Cached version is missing

My web is doing very well in the SERPs, but I just do not understand this thing:

The title is there, the desciption is there, the link to Simmilar pages is there.

Only the link to Cached version of my web is missing.

Do you have any ideas why?

The PR is 5, but the Title and description of the web is about 10 days old.
