Google page cache limit changed?

All of us know the Google used to cache a page till the first 101k of any file but a couple months back this was increased to over 500k (513k is the max I have indexed).

Now, I see that any pages indexed or reindexed on Aug 30 or Aug 31 (which is today), have only been indexed to their first 101k. Anyone else notice this? I have checked it across several websites related/not related to me.

Do you think this is temporary? Any ideas?
