Good news. All my url only listings are gone. Google now appears to have nearly all my pages indexed correctly. They say I have 3600. They show 998. The actual number is somewhere in between. Most of these show the meta description as the snippet.
If I search for the meta description in quotes, my site doesn't show up. But many many spammy scraper sites are revealed (supplemental). This isn't a complaint. My site is doing well. It's kind of scary to see what has been filtered out though.

Here are some other tidbits I found while doing this search. Google considers "My Location" to be one word, although it is two. Where it says 'Results 1-10 of 3,530 for My Location ...', 'My Location' is underlined as one link.

When I see all the sites that show up with this search I realize Google is doing a commendable job of removing Adsense Scrapers from the results.
