New Style Google Indents

Anyone else seen these?

These last few days I've seen sites which would normally have an indented listing switch to having one main listing, followed by four more links, separated by dashes, nested tightly underneath the main one.

The links have corresponded to subdirectories and are presumably tracked, because they include "http://www.google.com/url?sa=U&start=1&si=0&oi=smap&q="

Moreover, the anchor text of these links is derived not from page titles, but from internal navigation!

Presumably a site reaching this degree of trust is beyond reproach.
