why is google crawling my old URLs?

Hey all, not sure if this is the right place to post this, but last night Google crawled about 350 pages of one of my hatching sites based on a three-week old sitemap.

I wouldn't be too upset about this except for the fact that I have submitted (and Google has downloaded) two other more updated sitemaps since then and my navigation/URLs have changed.

Has anyone else had this problem? If so, how did you resolve it? Did Google index those sites?

Thanks,

~HN Will

In fact, Google's been crawling for the last 3 hours or so using the same IP address and these URLs seem to be jumping up to PR2 (which is cool). Problem is - since my discovery of mod_rewrite last week (yeah, i'm new at this) i've started using different URLs...any thoughts?

You need to 'discover' mod_redirect too!
