IP Addresses and Links

We are about to move our main site from London servers, over to a server farm in Oxford. We have lots of websites, all selling the same sort of thing, but on different domains and with different content to the main site.

Would it be adviseable to keep the London servers and put some of our smaller sites on them, and thus on differet IP Classes. And then link from our main site to hopefully boost the smaller sites ranking a bit and feed of Our main sites PR and Number 1 ranking...

We have lots of websites, all selling the same sort of thing, but on different domains and with different content to the main site

I suggest you the following:

- Try to have most of your sites (all is the best) on different C-class IPs
- Be careful not to have duplicate content on the sites you link from/to
- DO NOT INTERLINK your sites heavily (it's safer not to interlink them at all)
