as I type www.example.com in Google, sometimes the url will show up, sometimes it won't and I get the message: "Sorry, no information is available for the URL www.example.com".

It just keeps switching during the day and it has been doing this for a few days now. (I have been doing some major changes to the links structure recently, G is spidering the site, indexing the pages, and showing results. I also got rid of all th subdomains. Dunno if this has anything to do with it?)

Anybody has an explanation for this?

Google share their load across thousands of servers in a number of datacentres, so you are not guaranteed to see the same results for the same query.
